HE is in the CTR is a faith-based Independent Living Transitional Housing organization dedicated to helping men overcome housing instability and rebuild their lives with dignity, purpose, and hope.
 

We provide safe, structured housing and supportive services that empower residents to achieve stability, develop life skills, and transition toward long-term independence. Through accountability, community, mentorship, and personal development, we help individuals move beyond crisis and build a foundation for lasting success.

Whether someone is a veteran, a returning citizen, or simply facing difficult life circumstances, we believe every person deserves a second chance and the opportunity to create a brighter future.
