Mission
HE is in the CTR Inc., a faith-based organization that exists and operates to create pathways from crisis to stability by providing safe homes, skill-building opportunities, and supportive resources that foster independence, resilience, and renewed purpose for people in transition.
Vision
Guided by faith, our vision is to extend a helping hand — five fingers strong — offering housing, healing, guidance, financial wisdom, and connection so that every person we can serve can stand independently, live with renewed purpose, and rediscover their God-given potential.
